Evatec uses the eRecruitment tool to attract and recruit potential employees. Evatec eRecruitment tool lets Evatec publish open positions around the world; potential candidates can register in this tool and apply for those vacancies.
By registering your candidate profile in the Evatec eRecruitment tool, you provide Evatec with your personal data and state that you are interested in employment at Evatec. Your data may therefore be used for filling open positions at Evatec which can include either a single, specific opening or additional potential openings beyond the scope of your original application.
Your information will be shared within Evatec Human Resources and other business functions (e. g. line management) to determine how well your application fits the position you have applied for, or possible future postings. Additionally, your data will be viewed together with additional information you provide Evatec during the recruitment process (e. g. interviews, assessments, references). If your application is successful, your data will be used for personnel administration including the establishment of a personnel record and management purposes. Your data might also be used for legal, regulatory, and statistical purposes.
To apply for a position Evatec will ask you to enter your personal and contact data. You can also attach documents to supplement your data, such as a CV. There can also be job-related questionnaires integrated into the application process.
Evatec will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data prevent and prevent unauthorized access. The eRecruitment tool applies Swiss law.
Access to Data
All your information may only be accessed and processed by Evatec employees involved in the recruitment process anywhere in the world, as well as by authorized third parties such as agencies and IT administrators assisting Evatec in the recruitment process.
You will be able to delete your profile at any time. In general, your information will be kept in the system for a period of 12 months after the closing of the recruitment process of the position you have applied for. In case you have sent a blind application your data will remain in the system for 24 months after the date of your application.

Neither Evatec nor any of our third party service providers accept any liability whatsoever to candidates as a result of transmission of their personal data (including any errors, delays, or failure in transmission) via the internet.
